Plain English, no legal padding: this is what we do with the information you send us.
What we collect
When you use the enquiry form we collect your name, your email address, your telephone number if you provide one, the type of work you are asking about, and the message you write.
If you call, WhatsApp or email us instead, we hold whatever you choose to send us — including any photographs of the work you want quoted.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange a visit, and carry out and guarantee any work you go on to book. We do not use your details for anything else.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for marketing.
Enquiry form submissions are delivered to us through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service that passes the message to our inbox. Email and messaging are handled by our email and WhatsApp providers. These providers process the information only to deliver it to us.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to twelve months, then deleted. Where we have carried out work, we keep the job record for the length of the 5-Year Guarantee plus any period required for tax and accounting purposes.
Photographs of completed work
We sometimes photograph finished work for our own gallery. Photographs show the work only — never house numbers, street names or anything else that identifies where you live — and we will ask you before using any photograph of your property.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store a small preference locally, such as the gallery filter you last selected, which stays on your device and is never sent to us.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or message us on 07817 696979 and we will respond within one month.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
